Coopers Lager Beer Kit

Coopers Original Lager kit creates a straw coloured beer with golden hues and a lacy white head.

Light floral aromas follow through on a light to medium bodied palate with subtle malt and hop flavours and a clean finish.

An Australian Lager style with plenty of character.

Yeast included under lid.

Recommended additive: 1.0kg Coopers Brew Enhancer #2 or 1.0kg WBS Brew Boosterspan>

Makes: 23litres when 1.0kg of additional brewing malts are added.

For a more full flavoured beer a "two can" recipe can be used instead of adding brewing malts.
