Coopers Original Real Ale kit creates a bright golden colour beer with a strong head.

It offers a pleasant blend of fruit and malt on the nose with generous mouthfeel and a moderately bitter finish.

Yeast included under lid.

Makes: 23litres when 1.0kg of additional brewing malts are added.

Recommended enhancer: Coopers Brew Enhancer 2 or WBS Brew Booster.

For a more full flavoured beer a "two can" recipe can be used instead of adding brewing malts.
