All Inn Brewing Summer Ale is a craft beer, fresh grain wort but without the work on your part. No need for you to spend 4-5 hours to make a quality craft grain beer.

A fantastic addition to your home brewing supplies.

Summer Ale is an all grain craft beer kit made form Pilsener and wheat malt.

Bittered with Waimea and Enigma hops. Has distinct citrus and pine characteristics from the Waimea while Enigma provides tropical fruit aromas.

Fresh wort cube size 15lt. Add 5lt of water,  cube contents, and yeast to carboy.

Recommended yeast: Morgan's Premium American Ale, Bry-97, WLP001 or other yeast of your choice.

Dry hop suggested for this beer: 25g Enigma and 25g Waimea.

Estimated alcohol rating when fermented: 4.5% ABV
