Green Living Australia Smoothing Gel
Smooth Gel is pre-gelatinised Rice Flour used to thicken non-dairy yoghurts, soups, sauces, gravies and much more. Replaces fats to get a creamy texture. Dissolves easily in hot or cold liquids. Suitable for Non Dairy Coconut Yoghurt
Use 10 to 20 grams in a litre batch of coconut yoghurt in place of other thickeners like pectin. Extra can be whisked in after fermentation.
