If you are trying to craft a beer style or you want to change the flavour of a beerkit to your liking this is an ideal yeast. This yeast is ideal for malt kits, fresh wort cubes, or grain enhanced malt kits. It is frequently used to influence stout  flavours, porters, and ales.

Each sachet is suitable for a 20-30 litre wort. Ideally ferment wort at 15^o - 20^o C. Rehydrate in a sanitized glass container using approximately 110ml of warm water at 30^oC for a minimum 30 minutes. Then pour activated yeast into the fermenter. For dry use sprinkle yeast sachet contents on to top of wort ensuring clumps are avoided when wort is between 20⁰C and 26⁰C. Let stand for a minimum of 30 minutes then stir well for a few minutes with sterilized spoon or paddle. Another option is to aerate using a submerged bubbler system.

An important feature of dry yeast is that it refrigerates well. If kept at just above zero it will usually extend its life. So your last sachet will be just as good the first when you make this bulk buy. The sachets are small so it is easy to keep some spare yeast sachets in the fridge. I suggest to anyone who homebrews to keep a sachet or two of dry yeast on hand at all times.
