Aussie Summer Ale uses Pride Of Ringwood as bittering hops followed by two editions of Galaxy hops to create a fruity, citrus to floral aroma profile. Malted with Australian Coopers Premium Ale Malt combined with Joe White wheat, and then Flaked Maize to introduce some dryness to this beaut Aussie Summer Session Ale.
