Saison Pale Ale Recipe Pack creates Saison style pale ale which is lightly malted pale ale with wine fruitiness, crushed grape, spicey and citrus aromas, and well suited to bottle conditioning

Kit Contents:

• 1 x 1.7kg Coopers Mexican Cerveza
• 1 x 250g Light Crystal Malt
• 1 x kg Dextrose
• 1 x Morgan's Dry Enzyme
• 1 x 25g Nelson Sauvin Hop Pellets (Dry Hop day 4)
• 1 x 25g Citra Hop Pellets (Infusion)
• 1 x 11g Mangrove Jack's M29 Saison Yeast Sachet

 ABV: 5.1%

Makes: 21 litres
