Morgan's Apple Cider Kit

Morgan’s Apple Cider kit produces an all natural cider. Kit includes selected cider yeast.

The finished Morgan’s Cider will be a dry cider. Try adding a Flavour Boost to craft your favourite cider flavour.

Mix with 1.0kg of Ultra Brew dry brewing sugar to make 20lt or 1.0kg of Cider Blend

If you like your cider a little sweeter then back sweetening will be required with Lactose or ferment with lactose in a dry sugar blend.

If you desire a flavoured apple cider then you can select a flavour from the range of flavour adjuncts.

If bottling, body brew is suggested as an additional brewing sugar for extra carbonation.

Medium Sweetness: Add 250g of lactose.

Sweet: Add 500g of lactose.
