Warwick's Brewing Supplies Plain Soaker chips are dried for water content management.

Warwick's Brewing Supplies Plain Soaker Chips are used for minor release timber compounds without imparting major flavour notes.

This makes them ideal for use when making a "straight forward" bourbon like Turkey bourbon or a Canadian Style Rye Whiskey.

Suggested chipping temperature maximum 26 degrees Celcius.

Use at a rate of 10g per litre. Soak spirit or vodka for 14 to 21 days before adding essence.

Bottle age after adding essence for another ten days before sampling.
