Spalt Select Hop Pellets 100g Pack

Spalt Select is the offspring of the original Spalt hops which has a 1200 year history. Spalter Select is the result of a cross of Spalt and Hallertau Mittelfrüher. 

Spalt Select retains some of the finer characteristics of its lineage but is considered a slightly spicier version of the original Spalt and ideal for craft beer.

It is an aroma hop noted for its fine floral characteristics and its spicey notes.

Usage: Kölsch, Belgian Ale, French Ale, Lager, Bock, Helles, German Ale, Bohemian Pilsner, Marzen

Avg. Alpha: 2.5%-6.5%

Origin: GER

Hop Substitute: Hallertau, Hersbrucker, Saaz, Spalt, Tettnanger.
