Dr Rudi is a bittering hop which is sometimes used as a dry aroma hop. It has classic resinous pine and citrus lemon grass characters. Works well where resinous, citrus and pine characters are required to build and develop an excellent finishing bitterness.

Dr Rudi hops are provided in clip seal re-sealable pack for fridge storage.
