Top Shelf Apple Bourbon Essence
A smooth bourbon flavour with hints of oak and vanilla finely balanced with lively notes of crisp green apple. Just add this to sugar and neutral spirit or vodka for a taste experience inspired by a top shelf spirit.
Shake well and add contents to 270g (9.5 oz) of sugar. Then top up with 40% neutral spirit or 40%ABV Vodka to 2.25lt. Each 50ml bottle makes: two x 1.125ml or three x 750ml.
