Bottle storage
Where do you store your bottled brew? Brewed products need to be stored correctly to get the best from your product. Storing your brew in a hot lawn locker or in the shed on the western wall are not a good way to store your brew. Avoid storing any brew where the temperature goes above 30oC as it will cause off tastes and cause any CO2 present to separate from the liquid causing your brew to flatten quickly.
