Dextrose Brewing Sugar is over 99% pure D-glucose and highly fermentable. . It is proposed to be much more suitable for human consumption than sucrose based sweeteners. As it is nearly pure glucose it does not produce the sediments or flavours created by Sucrose based sweeteners.
