Warwick's Brewing Supplies German designed 4 digit numerical display digital probe thermometer is ideal for use as a meat probe, a distillation condensor temperature gauge, or for when making cheese or yoghurts.

The digital probe's insertion reading temperature range is -50⁰C  to +300⁰C.

The digital probe's graduations are in steps of 0.1⁰C steps.

The suggested maximum room temperature for operation before it will interfere with probe readings is 40⁰C.

Can be used in applications where precision temperature measurement is required especially when pasturising milk, making cheeses, meat smoking, curing, and barbqueing.

It is easily sanitised before use.
