Cheese Basket and Follower 170mm

Brie Cheese Basket/mould  is 170 mm wide and 140 mm high with a matched follower for hard cheese.  This 170 mm cheese basket offered by Warwick's Brewing Supplies is ideal for cheeses like Brie, Blue Vein, and Washed Rind, also suitable for hard cheeses when the follower is used. Suitable for 8 - 10 litres of milk.

These baskets, with their followers, are made to suit the Green Living Australia Cheese Press.

Please Note:

Plastic items should not be sterilised by immersion in boiling water, but rinsed with boiling water. Immersion in boiling water will soften the plastic and cause it to warp.
A sterilising solution can also be used, but must be fully rinsed off.
