A plastic square feta mould suits the range of milk sources for the various feta cheese styles and is also well suited to soft Italian Telaggio style cheese.
It is a vented mould to assist drainage of your cheese.
It is a handy size which produces convenient size feta cheese blocks.
Cheese moulds should not be sterilised by immersion in boiling water.
Immersion in boiling water will soften the plastic and cause it to warp.
Rinsed with boiling water to clean.
A sterilising solution can also be used, but must be fully rinsed off.
