A Mad Millie cheese press is used for pressing home made hard cheeses in an accurate and reliable manner. It has easy to use and read calibrations so accurate pressures can be achieved. It is made from a special food grade plastic that is easily cleaned and does not absorb bacteria. It comes with a 2 litre hard cheese mould, fitting curds from 6 litres of milk, a press and pressure gauge.

Please Note:

Plastic items should not be sterilised by immersion in boiling water only rinsed with warm water. Immersion in boiling water will soften the plastic and cause it to warp.
Poisonous sterilising solutions can be used with care, but must be fully rinsed off. A no rinse sanitising agent mixed accurately may be used prior to cheese pressing.
