Potassium Sorbate (Wine Stabiliser) 50g
Potassium Sorbate stops secondary fermentation in wine, cider, mead.
Wine Stabiliser (Potassium Sorbate) is used to stop secondary fermentation.
Add ½ a teaspoon per 5 litres to the wine, after treating with a campden tablet.
When used in conjunction to campden tablets it stimulates residual sweetness.
