BSO German Lager Recipe Pack
BSO offers a traditional style German Lager made with Pilsner malt for flavour and colour, Vienna for a mild nuttiness, and Munich for its aroma. Hopped with German Magnum and Hallertau to provide the bitterness of a German Lager with a mild apple aroma. Final addition hops are Saphir noted for its ability to provide a spicy floral aroma note particularly suited to German style Lagers.
