"Free Return" if offered means refund of the advertised "sale price" of goods in the form of similar goods of the same value or bank transfer of the "sale price" of the goods.

Transaction fees and freight fees are usually non-refundable as they involve monies paid to a third party who have performed their service. If Free Return is offerred return freight costs will be met by Brewing Supplies Online via a consignment note.

You have been advised before purchase "Change of mind refund" is not available for edible food products, seasonal food products or kits used in the manufacture of food or drink".

You have been advised freight delivery date is an estimation of delivery not a contractual delivery date.

Brewing Supplies Online is not responsible for refund for missing goods or replacement of goods if the purchaser has not provided accurate or complete up to date delivery details in this shopping cart purchase.

Brewing Supplies Online is not responsible for goods damaged in transit or refund for goods lost in transit. We endeavour to pack goods in a manner which limits damage if required but we can not control the services provided by logistics providers. Brewing Supplies Online will assist customers to make damage claims with Logistics providers but we do not underwrite these services.

Brewing Supplies Online Refund Policy

Brewing Supplies Online advises it does not offer change of mind refund for any edible food or drink home brew product ie: beer kit or pouch, malt or brewing sugar, food additive or cure, yeast, culture, or enzyme, flavouring or essence, food or drink discount bundle, seasonal food, coffee beans, discount edible item, edible goods bundle, or edible goods kit.

Refund will occur for any item which on consignment is: not as described in its advertising; unfit for its stated purpose; unsafe to use; possesses a manufacturer fault preventing its use.

A claim for refund must occur within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date stated on a purchase invoice. Refund will be will be in the form of either In Store Credits to be used for alternative purchases from Brewing Supplies Online or refund of the advertised sale price of the goods via card services.

Refund is not available for fees paid to third parties for purchase transaction costs or delivery freight.

Brewing Supplies Online does not offer refund for: returned hardware items which are missing components, any item not matching issued purchase invoice, or returned hardware items which have been heavily used before making a refund claim.

Brewing Supplies Online does not offer refund for small package goods which have been opened or packaging damaged preventing resale.

We endeavour to pack glassware to endure transit however breakages may occur. Force Majure may apply to glass goods delivery. We will assist purchasers to make a claim with the relevant freight provider after the damaged goods are returned for inspection.

Brewing Supplies Online advises Best Before or BBE dating identifies when the product will start to diminish from its peak condition. Best Before products may still be used for prescribed periods after Best Before date has passed.

"Free Return" means an In Store Goods Value reduction will not occur for goods accepted by Brewing Supplies Online as free return goods. If "Free Return" is offerred Brewing Supplies Online is responsible for additional small item freight costs incurred during product return.

Refund if approved will occur as either "store credits" or refund of the goods sale price via card services. Refunds do not occur until after goods inspection by Brewing Supplies Online.

If a refund is offered without goods return the purchaser must provide evidence of goods destruction before the refund will be processed.
