Warwick's Brewing Supplies bourbon chips impart a smokey-vanilla flavour note to bourbon while releasing Tannon which enhances the spirit.

Suggested chipping temperature maximum 26 degrees Celcius.

Use at a rate of 10g per litre. Soak spirit or vodka for 14 to 21 days before adding bourbon essence.

Bottle age after adding essence for another ten days before sampling.
