Shipping And Returns  

Goods purchased from Brewing Supplies Online are invoiced and shipped as part of the sale agreement between the customer and Brewing Supplies Online.  

To protect your purchase from loss Shipping services are tracked services.

Handling of a purchase prior to shipping is usually two (2) working days.

Freight insurance is added to the base freight cost if purchased goods value exceeds logistics suppliers identified goods boundary values.

Often "multiple" small items can be consigned without having to increase the cost of the required freight service.

Logistics Providers Use Consignment Volumetric Mass To Calculate Charges.

Shipping Services Provided

Shipping service prices include:

• The cost of delivery services set by freight providers.
• The recovery cost of packaging materials or boxing used for your consignment,
• Handling fees or delivery fees to freight centres as a percentage of the overall cost of shipping,
• Freight Insurance if purchase exceeds logistic provider good's value parameters,
• GST as required by Australian Taxation Office for the provision of taxable service.
  

As part of special offers or promotions we may identify discreet shipping costs for an individual consignment to specific locations: alternate delivery locations to those identified and/or additional items may change the identified shipping cost.

Products with discounted freight will have such freight discounts listed on each relevant product page.

Logistics providers cost freight as actual kg mass or volumetric kg mass per carton. Volumetric mass equals goods volume in cubic metres multiplied by 250kgs per cubic metre.

Kits or orders comprising multiple freight items may be costed against the number of boxes or cartons required to freight that order.

Maximum volume: 1/5th cubic metre.The fees utilised are updated at least yearly and may change due to increases in courier rates.

Australia Post Information.

Purchased goods of suitable dimensions may consigned using Australia Post tracked envelops.

Australia Post defines any consignment thicker than 20mm as parcel freight. Parcel freight must use either satchels or cartons.

Goods easily damaged during delivery are considered unsuitable for Satchel freight and despatched using carton freight.

Australia Post flat rate 5.0kg freight to anywhere in Australia usually includes the purchase of Australia Post Packaging.

Usually "multiple" small items can be consigned in the one flat rate package without having to increase the cost of the required freight service.

Consignments which do not fit standard Australia Post packaging or are the customers provided freight cartons are costed from 500g to 25kg

Australia Post requires $2.50 Goods Insurance addition to the base freight cost for each $100.00 of goods or part thereof exceeding $100.00.

If you select an item to buy and go to the shopping cart you can enter your "delivery post code" your boxed freight options will be displayed.

Each time you add a new item freight will be recalculated for all the items in your cart.

Hand to hand return of goods is unavailable.

Application for refund for suitable items will not be processed until goods have been returned by the purchaser and inspected by Brewing Supplies Online.

All returns must be consigned to the postage address identified. Hand to hand return of goods is not available.

All returns require the Brewing Supplies Online Returned Goods Form to be emailed to Brewing Supplies Online and processed before returning goods.

If "Free Return" is offered Brewings Supplies Online will meet the return freight cost for the relevant item.

Please read full refund terms and conditions before consigning any goods for return.

Refund may take as much as fourteen (14) days when courier freight services are used to return goods within Australia. For locations outside of Australia this may be extended.

If goods are lost or damaged during return by the purchaser a claim must be made with the logistics provider used before a return can be processed.

The purchaser in accordance with Australian Law is responsible for the return freight costs to Brewing Supplies Online to effect a product fit for purpose claim for most objects.

With regard to warranty repairs Brewing Supplies Online will meet the return freight costs back to the purchaser after the goods are returned for repair or replacement by the purchaser.

If the goods have a large volume Brewing Supplies Online will identify a mechanism to effect a parts only warranty claim.
