Master Distiller's Pappy 23 bourbon flavour creates a home brew bourbon similar in style to the famous Van Winkle Distillery's Pappy 23 Family Reserve Bourbon.

Master Distiller's Pappy 23 Bourbon flavour creates a rich, complex bourbon with notes of fruit and toasted vanilla.

 As Pappy 23 Family Reserve is aged for twenty three years in charred oak barrels we suggest oak chipping with roasted Bourbon chips.

When mixing with neutral spirit 45% ABV will enhance the flavour. Alternatively mix with 40%ABV Vodka.
