Where do you store your bottled home brew? Brewed products need to be stored correctly to get the best from your product. Storing your home brew in a hot lawn locker or in the shed on the western wall are not a good way to store your brew. Avoid storing any home brew where the temperature goes above 30^oC as it will cause off tastes and cause any CO² present to separate from the liquid causing your brew to flatten quickly.
