Low Alcohol

Normal alcohol or low alcohol: Ginger Beer, Sarsaparilla or Lemonade. It's your choice. Ferment as a normal brew then bottle for full alcohol or use minimal additives and ferment directly in the bottle for very low alcohol. Alternatively with the Billson's Cordial range you can make completly alcohol free or use them as a delicious gin or vodka cocktail base.
