Warwick's Brewing Supplies is in Grafton Street in Warwick. Warwick is the largest city in Queensland's Southern Downs, serving as a vital agricultural, economic, and administrative hub. Located about 130 km southwest of Brisbane, it anchors the Southern Downs alongside the Granite Belt. It is well known for its historical sandstone buildings. It proudly owns a strong cultural and political heritage.

As a community it is filled with hard working families having multiple generation ancestory and with more still to come. Some of whom can boast hundreds of years in the region. They have seen floods and droughts and still want to call it home.

Since home brew goods became available locally Warwick residents have supported home brewing as a hobby. From its first introductions in a local chemist shop to our present store it has had brewing clubs and brewing competitions: some of which still occur each year. Some of our customers can genuinely state they have been brewers for decades and don't plan to be any different.

Refund Terms

Claims Policy

(1) Return for not fit for purpose goods must be undertaken within 14 days of delivery.

(2) If an Authority To Leave (ATL) has been used the purchaser waives the right to make a lost or missing goods claim.

(3) A "Damaged Goods" claim requires a claims form and photographic evidence to be submitted within 24hrs of delivery.

(4) Free Return when offered will be in the form of a consignment note to be attached to the goods packaged for Return.

(5) Free Return offers refund of the advertised sale price of goods. It does not include transaction fees paid to a third party.

(6) Return is not available for consigned edible consumables products used to manufacture food or drink items.

(7) Damaged or broken glassware will require a freight insurance claim within 24hrs of delivery as part of the claim process. We can not control when such claim is processed.

(8) Refund is not available for delivery fees paid to a third party during purchase.

(a) Return will occur if product received on consignment can not be used for its stated purpose.

(b) Return will occur if product consigned has a manufacturing fault preventing it from being used.

(d) Return will occur for electrical goods if the product consigned is reported by a qualified electrician as unsafe when consigned.

(e) Return will occur if product consigned can not perform the stated purpose identified by the vendor or manufacturer.

(f) Return of any glassware requires an insurance claim with goods freight providers.

(9) We endeavour to pack glassware to endure transit however breakages may occur. We can not control the actions of freight providers. Force Majure may apply to glass goods delivery.

(10) Return is not available for goods which do not match the goods allocated sale invoice.

(11) Return is not available for hardware which demonstrates use prior to making a claim.

(12) Return is not available for small packaged goods which have been opened or packing damaged rendering the goods unsuitable for resale.

(13) Free Return when offered will fund the return freight costs of the purchased goods via a consignment note.

(14) An electronic copy of the goods Purchase Invoice "must be attached" to a goods refund application.

(15) Returns will not be processed until goods are and inspected by Warwick's Brewing Supplies online store staff or agent.
