Before continuing with this Purchase Agreement, You should carefully read the complete Terms Of Service provided and ensure that You understand ALL of the Policies and Conditions applicable before purchase.

  • If You do not agree to the Terms Of Service and its conditions, then You must not purchase from this e-sales facility.
  • Each time You process a purchase whether the transaction result is successful or not, You are agreeing to the Terms of Service referenced by this Agreement.
  • You acknowledge that You have entered into a legally binding and enforceable contract with Warwick's Brewing Supplies when the vendor accepts your offer to buy. 
  • This sale may be cancelled and refund be provided when Force Majeure has been considered to have occurred regarding: impossibility to supply, failure of goods supply by a third party, misrepresentation by the purchaser, legality of delivery location or legality of sale.
  • You have provided up to date shipping details in this shopping cart purchase to permit correct goods delivery.
  • "Free Return" if offered means refund of the advertised "sale price" of goods in the form of similar goods of the same value or bank transfer of the "sale price" of the goods.
  • Any addditional charges are usually non-refundable as they may involve monies paid to a third party who have performed their service. If Free Return is offerred return freight costs will be met by the vendor via a consignment note.
  • You have been advised before purchase "Change of mind refund" is not available for edible food products, seasonal food products or kits used in the manufacture of food or drink".
  • You have been advised freight delivery date is an estimation of delivery not a contractual delivery date.
  • The Vendor is not responsible for refund for missing goods or replacement of goods if the purchaser has not provided accurate or complete up to date delivery details in this shopping cart purchase.
  • The vendor is not responsible for goods damaged in transit or refund for goods lost in transit. We endeavour to pack goods in a manner which limits damage if required but we can not control the services provided by logistics providers. The vendor will assist customers to make damage claims with Logistics providers but we do not underwrite these services.
