Light Dry malt is vacuum dried roasted barley malt. Quality roasted barley malt is readily identifiable by its distinct "tan" colour. It is very soluble and ideal for adding flavour while increasing ABV to home brew beer.
Store in cool environment in air sealed containers. This product will harden at high temperatures or if left in unsealed containers. This product contains Gluten.
