BSO American Pale Ale Recipe Pack creates an American Pale ale, using Chinook and Centennial Hops to create a citrus to floral aroma profile while malted with Pale Ale grain as the base to create a light colour, but still have a pleasant malt flavour, Caramalt to add some slight sweetness, Medium Crystal for flavour, colour, head retention, and Wheat Malt to enhance beer head.Then fermented with an American West Coast yeast.
