BSO American Pale Ale Recipe Pack

BSO American Pale Ale Recipe Pack creates an American Pale ale, using Chinook and Centennial Hops to create a citrus to floral aroma profile while malted with Pale Ale grain as the base to create a light colour, but still have a pleasant malt flavour, Caramalt to add some slight sweetness, Medium Crystal for flavour, colour, head retention, and Wheat Malt to enhance beer head.Then fermented with an American West Coast yeast.

BSO American Pale Ale Recipe Pack creates a light coloured American Pale ale with middle range bitterness, citrus to floral notes typical of an American Pale Ale at 5.3%ABV.

The full grain kit includes the following -

4.0kg Coopers Pale Ale Malt
250g Joe White Caramalt
250g Joe White Medium Crystal
250g Joe White Wheat Malt

Hop Additions

25g Chinook – 60 minutes
12.5g Centenial – 4 days into fermentation

Recommended Mash Temperature – 65°C

Mash Time – 60 minutes
