1.7kg Morgans Australian Blonde
500g Gold Blend
12g Cluster hops (Infusion method)
12g Morgans Ale Yeast
Ferment your wort from 190 - 260 Celsius.
This recipe pack uses Morgan's Australian Blonde as its foundation malt and then blends it with Dextrose and Maltodextrin.
It is infusion hopped with Cluster to influence bitterness and aroma.
The beer will have a dry mouthfeel from the enzyme in the blonde kit and the Maltodextrin. It will have around 3.5% ABV if kegged like the commercial beer.
Makes approximately sixty five (65) stubbies at 57c Each.
