High Mountain offers a range of delicious flavours. Each 200g pack can treat approximately 7kgs of meat. Genuine Wyoming style jerky is nitrate cured and hot smoked at over 740C. You’ve probably heard of Salt Peta which was a common nitrate cure from yester year. Wyoming style jerky is hot cured meat so it has a much longer shelf life than Biltong or Bakkwa.
