Northern Lager recipe pack creates a golden Australian Lager malted with Coopers Australian Premium Pale malt, flaked maize, and powdered light dry barley malt to build a fuller malt flavour. Double hopped with Pride Of Ringwood for bitterness and Galaxy to give citrus notes but with a mild bitterness. The outcome is a golden Australian session beer with a mild malt flavour, citrus notes, with mild bitterness.
