Spirits Unlimited Hickory Smoke adds that burnt hickory flavour note to your home brew bourbon or whisky. Ideal for creating Tennessee style bourbon. A distinctive smoke flavour similar to that in bourbons and whiskies. Allow to age for 7 - 10 days so the flavour fully develops. Use 2 - 5 ml per litre according to taste. Capable of flavouring 10 - 25 litres.
