Mad Millie Cheese Draining Mat

Mad Millie plastic vented cheese draining or drying mat. Used under other moulds for efficient draining of cheese during manufacture.Simply hot rinse and sanitise with no rinse sanitiser.

Please Note:  Plastic items should not be sterilised by immersion in boiling water.Immersion in boiling water will soften the plastic and cause it to warp.
A sterilising solution can also be used, but must be fully rinsed off.

Rinsing with boiling water is a pasturing process which does not offer longer term protection required during fermentation.
