BSO Belgian IPA Recipe Pack
BSO Belgian IPA Recipe Pack
This Belgian IPA is made with Pale Ale malt for flavour and colour, Munich Malt for its colour, aroma, and mild nuttiness. Then Caramunich for its mouthfeel and maltiness. Hopped with German Magnum, Northern Brewer, and Citra to provide a typical IPA bitterness. Adding Coriander seed boosts the citrus flavour while Cardamon adds a sweet all spice flavour note. Dry hopped on day four with Saaz to provide a full citrus aroma to this Belgian IPA.
